hey man, im tired of fixing almost countless years of shotty elec patch work and having random things fail every time i hit a puddle! if i can swap the eng harnes out and be sure its fixed for good, im excited!!

i dont know much, but i know a bad Idle Air Control valve or Mass Air sensor will make it run like crap until you mash the gas and gives of the illusion of running right. also, vacuum leaks will make it run like crap too. i saw you put that it doesnt happen all the time, when does it happen most ...

Another question on the electrical topic, this b2 has unfortunately met too many sloppy hands and suffers from very poor wiring. I have been little by little going thru and repairing the connections one by one but it seems never ending and connectors although cheap by themselves start to add up ...
