Make the most out of the power you have, Aside from Pacesetter headers they dont make a whole lot of performance parts for the 2.9L. The speed density Fuel inj. kinda ruins that market. Unless you live in Europe. Best bet with an Auto trans is 4.10-4.56 gears with 33"s. Irregardless of what peo...

Bout $20.00 a side but they are discontinued, But there are alot of other options available if you have your stock ones.

Thanks for the offer Jefe but the hardware isnt an issue, I work for a Ford dealer and that is all readily available.

2.9L Valve covers?

Hi everyone. Been searching Like a mad man trying to find a replacement Valve cover for my 89 B2. Ford has them obselete (of course) and I cant find anyone that make a replacement, Anyone ever try to bolt on a 4.0l one? Guessing otherwise it'll be an ebay or junkyard thing. I only need the left hand...

Apples to oranges there. 2 completely different styles of vehicles there. I know the Subie's are pretty capable, And its lower center of gravity may help it in a hill climb but I would still put my money on the Bronco II. If the Subie Had a good set of tires it may fair well against a modded B2 but ...

Dont worry, Id prefer a shifter on the floor, And I can remember Climbing out of my window and on to the hood of my 84 big bronco to lock em in a time or two. But electric shift is nice when it works. LOL

Dam, I talked to my tech and he said check out your tfi module. Its bolted on the outside of the distributer, and there is a pick up coil inside the distributer, Make sure you mark where the rotor is faceing if you pull the distributer so you can get it back in time.
