I have a 1984 bronco II which is mixing oil and antifreeze so I'm just going to buy a new engine for it because its having other problems but I want to put a v-8 in it, What engine would be a clean swap with the engine mounts and transmission?

I recently bought a 1984 Ford Bronco II and I'm looking for a nice grille cover and halogen headlights for it, if anyone knows of a good place to find them Please speak up!!
