Re: coolant issue

I had the same problem, (or similar to yours) loosing coolant, topping up the reseviour and rad once a week. Found out I had a pinhole leak in my heater core, and that the hoses were also a contributing factor to the problem. My solution was to replace the heater core, ($36 LMC Trucks) new coolant/h...

Re: jefe's 87 Eddie Bauer BII

Nice clean look to the valve covers, that is a shiny frost plug. Nice Job FYI: I have seen many people put together engines only to blow them up after first crank because something fell into the intake ports, or the oil filler, or the water pump inlet. Re: fuel pressure regulator 88 2.9 efi

You may want to check your fuel tank sending unit. The filter on the bottom may need to be replaced, you may even have a kink/twist in your fuel lines, check from the tank up to the EFI, and also your return line as well as your vent line, may just be plugged up with gunk.

Re: 1984 Bll interior question

Good Evening,
Though many things may be missing from the LMC magazine, you can still inquire about the other parts that are not listed. This does mean you will have to phone them directly and speak with an agent. They were able to crossreference some parts for me.

Re: loud rearend noise

Have you pulled off the wheel and inspected your brakes, may be locking up, perhaps pull off the hub and pull the axle, (don't forget the C-clip) inspect the bearings. A worn spider gear or pinion will also factor into the problem.
