i cannot get my 4x4 to engage on my 88 bronco ii with electronic transfercase if you push the button nothing happens i have already taken the motor off and cleaned it what now?

From the inside its hard to tell but when i take off all the way through first gear i have clunk/grinding noise. I looked at the out put shaft from the tc and there is play where it goes into the tc. the front u joint though doesnt have any play. also my rear drive shaft got torn up a few weeks ago ...

Just lifted my 88 bronco ii and now I have a possative camberthe alignment shop won't touch it until the camber is fixed. Help would be great :) I will post pics if needed.

any rubbing issues with the 31's on the 2in lift? are the fenders cut?

just installed 2" spacers up front and add a leafs in the rear. I was wondering what would be the the best sized rims and tires that wont rub or require any trimming. Thanks

has anyone ever been here? what about land between the lakes? how capable would my stock 88 broncoii 2.9l be? or should the 2in lift be put on first? its my daily driver so don't need to go bashing it up on the trails

according to my gas gauge and odometer im only getting about 175 miles per tank outa my 1988 2.9l bronco ii. its the gauge because when go to fill up it will only hold about 10 gallons. dont have time to fix the floater right now so what im getting at is how many miles per tank are yall getting?

yea when changed the fluid it was a dark dark brown with some sludge in it

also just another thought if someone could help me out. i think my fuel gauge is goin out or the sending unit is. according to the odometer and the fuel gauge im only getting about 176 miles per tank. about how many miles per tank do ya'll get?

rear diff. put in valvoline 80w90. is this a good gear oil or what do yall recomand what weight?

problem solved just changed the fluid and it went away hopefully it woncome back

just a small stream of smoke comes out during really cold starts but goes away after warming up. no havnt preasure tested it havnt had time hopefully will get around to it soon

yes the popping is comin from the rear end
