ok soo ive read on here that the 4L is a direct bolt in to my 86 2.9 will the 4L bolt up to my 5speed trans? also would i have to change the whole wiring harness or would the 2.9 harness work and what else would i need for the swap? i was thinkin of trying to find a early 90's explorer for the 4L ...

sounds like some of my buddys they all liked my b2 but didnt think that it would do to well offroad untill i took them mudin they were sh*t shocked when we were done lol my rig is pretty my stock with 31s on it and made it throught everthing and then some that there fullsize pickups were going ...

i would like to hook up a tach in my truck woundering witch wire off the ignition coil would be the tach lead? still running the 2.9 6cyl

with that adapter do u run the 302 bell housing and the 2.9 tranny?
