IT RUNS!!!!! it turned out that the check valve in the filter was stuck so i just took it out and it runs and drived great

well i took of the line this morning and some gas came out so the rear pump is doing its job and i no the hp pump works b cuz when i first got the bronco i used it 2 pump gas out of a gas can....i thought it might b the inertai switch so i jumpered it and now i can here both pumps goin evry time i t...

alright so i replaced the filter on the frame and found that the check valve was clogged so i unclogged it and put it back on then tried 2 start it......i can here both pumps running and theres gas in the tank but still no fuel presure and no fuel getting any were near the engine WTF im bashing my h...

o ya.....i cant manage to get the cap off of the filter duz any 1 have any tips or is there a trick 2 it

well instead of buying a new pump i took out my tank.......the gas was black......there were handfulls of gunk at the botom.....and a layer of crap lining the tank about half an inch thick......so i cleened it up fixed my pump and reinstalled it.....but now theres zero fuel pressure even after i tur...

ok no need now cuz i fixed my pump but while i was putting the tank back in there was a little circuler thing that poped into a little whole on the top of the tank and the line that went to it came out i think its the fuel pressure but im not sure.......can any 1 tell me wat this thing is

ok guys i took out my tank the other day and my gas was black and there was a layer of gunk every were in the tank as well as handfull of gunk at the bottom plus my fuel pump is broken(lp pump) so i was wondering if i could take a tank of of maybe an 89 explorer and jut have 1 pump on the frame rail...

No not yet but I looked at the filter yesterday and it's dark brown so I'm going to take out the tank and cleen it up.....I can't replace the pump becuz I'm dirt poor but I will cleen every thing up in there
