Re: Problems with logging in.

Are you still having issues? I have found no errors on the server/forum? Today was the first time I have been able to log on in some time. I ended up pulling out my laptop and having to use it. It must just be a compatibility issue between the site and my cookie and security configuration. Still wo...

I reset the password and was able to log in for a couple days. I then got the same error and was forced to reset my passwo...

Ranger Dave wrote:time to remove the sway bars
After driving it around the farm today, the only noticeable rubbing I had was on the end of the front sway bars.

How much will this affect on road driving if I remove them permanently?

Re: Rattlesnake Canyon, Co

I'm still running bone stock everything, and according to the axle code its a "44 Regular 2640 3.73" Key~Code, Description, Capacity, Ratio. This is my first rig build so alot of this is new to me :) I want to do a SAS eventually and have been doing a lot of reading into it to find out the...

Re: New '88 Bronco II Hunting Rig Project

Got the rubber underneath the rig finally. I ended up trimming a little more of the fenders and adding some door and edge trim to cover up the sharp metal edge. I got her out on the trail today and it was a ton of fun! I cant wait to get the lift kit on this thing so I can do some more serious wheel...

Rattlesnake Canyon, Co

I finally slapped some rubber on the project truck and got it off road this weekend. I went down a little trail in my area called Rattlesnake Canyon here in Colorado. Its an old jeep trail and consists of mostly mild terrain but can get a bit rocky and fun once you get further up. I crossed a few cr...

Re: New '88 Bronco II Hunting Rig Project

I took the rig out on its maiden voyage today. There are some mild rock trails that cut through some of the canyons around my house and I just couldnt wait to get the rig out. I kept it pretty easy on the truck for the most part, this is the first time since purchasing it I have taken it off road. I...

Re: New '88 Bronco II Hunting Rig Project

I finished up the fenders last night and also got them put back on. I shot a final coat of primer on the truck and ripped the masking tape and paper off, this is how she will sit until I complete some more modifications on her. No need to paint a rig before im done building it. I still haven't recei...

Re: LOCATION

New to posting on the forums thought I would check in... Western slope of colorado here, only about 45 minutes from the utah boarder. We have the best of both worlds out here, Rock and sand and a ton of mud! I was wheelin' up escalante canyon on dry mesa jeep trail last weekend, if any other members...

Re: New '88 Bronco II Hunting Rig Project

Inner fenders were trimmed up this afternoon. I didn't finish the drivers side, have to save it for another day. I trimmed and screwed the inner plastic fender up and out of the way. http://i1138.photobucket.com/albums/n535/RockyMtnHighGPS/DSCN1245.jpg http://i1138.photobucket.com/albums/n535/RockyM...

Re: New '88 Bronco II Hunting Rig Project

NO turning back now... I did some major fender cutting this afternoon. I got both the front fenders cut out and not looking half bad. I cut anywhere from 2-3 inches of metal out, depending on the area, following the eddie bauer pin striping just above the body line. I also struck gold on crai...

Re: New '88 Bronco II Hunting Rig Project

I have run 32x11.5 on those stock rims in the past with no problems :D You think I could get away with mounting 33 x 12.5 on my stock rims? Ive heard mixed answers on this, Im not worried about road safety too much, this rig will not be driven on the highway for very long distances. What is the wid...
