have you got the new alternator checked? in my area there was a bad shipment of alternators
..first i would bring you b2 to autozone and get the alternator checked out

My B IIs idle speed seems to slow ..is there a way to adjust it? it just wants to die when i let off the clutch..is there a solinoid or anything that controls this?

never mind i found out it is the horn wire but it still blows the fuse when i pull it into 4H any idea?

4x4 light?
on my 86 Bronco II when i pull the 4wd selctor into 4wd it blows the turn signal fuse and i was wondering if i could just unplug the 4x4 light to solve this problem and does the wire for the 4x4 light go to anything else?

tire size?
could i fit 31-10.5-15s on 15x10 rims on my 86 b2 with 2" rear blocks and 2" front coil spacers? and also will i need sway bar drop brackets or skyjacker alignment bushings?

I found wires
I was looking for a reason my turn sig. fuses were blowing and i found a black wire that is coming out of the steering colum "spliced" into one of the yellow wires in the harness i pulled it out and im wondering what this black wire is? maybe a ground heres the pic

im pretty sure i found the problem..i just need to know what this black wire goes to that goes into the steering colum and are the yellow wires for the turn signals? heres the picture

it has the light on the dash for 4x4 but i just got this truck and ive never seen it light up so it might just have it in the dash extra for if it had the electric tcase?,and also how do i pull the aluminum colored piece out of the dash to take a look in there at the wiring?

ha you know what i mean by wires burning
and it did it when i put the truck in 4wd mine is not the electronic 4wd.and also my 4wd light doesnt light up ..do you know what could cause this? im clueless

Blowing turn signal fuses
I have a problem with my 86 bronco II about it blowing the fuse for the turn signals..and today i put the 4wd selector into 4H and i heard wire burning and i pulled the turn signal fuse out and it was blown
any ideas???

what tires for 15x10 wheels?
on my 86 B2 i was thinking about a 2" lift to start things off
and i was wondering what would be the best tires for a 2" lift and 15x10 Wheels? maybe 265/70/r15?
