now that i think about it my 79 datsun also had its TFI Module go out and it did the stop and go... id sit and then good to go for a while. didnt matter what speed i was going they wanted $185.00 for a new one so i just got me a new distributor for a $100.00 more

I think the cfm on the stock carb would be the bottle neck so you might want to up that along with the k&n

you lost me on that one.. whats the cfm look like and how would i go about uping that
