Here is the schematic. Looks like the headlight switch would be a good place to start.

Re: Noisy engine/clutch
You might have two different issues. Pull the starter and inspect the flywheel teeth. If the starter is not engaging well, you can get a tiny bit of adjustment at the starter bolts. Common for oil to leak down on the starter and gum things up. The manual transmissions are notoriously junk. I suspect ...

Can you post a picture? It sounds like you're talking about the spring the spring on the parking brake.

That all appears factory to me, but I don't have anything to compare to. I don't think dealer installed A/C was a thing on the Bronco II's. Should be pretty easy to source a lot the parts at a junk yard.

2021 Bronco Grill on a Bronco II - 3D printed
Just stumbled on this video. MIKETATOR has created a prototype of a Bronco 6G grill for a Bronco II. I like it!

Here's a short video from my last trip in the snow.
Re: New Join
Yup, nice clean survivor there! Never thought the day would come we'd be referring to the Bronco II as a survivor.

Re: 2021 Bronco
Awesome! Good to see you back out there. I think visibility over the hood seems decent, but the lack of visibility of my tires when looking out the window could be improved. Not sure if it's just the big flares blocking my view or what. Doors off should be fine. I feel like I can thread the needle ...

Re: 2021 Bronco
Merry Christmas! Been busy as heck myself lately. We just got hit with a nice winter blast. Roads are about as bad as they can get. Bronco has just done awesome in all conditions. I'm really liking these Goodyear territory tires. 37's would be awesome. I WANT 37's, but I don't think I'll actually do ...

Re: 2021 Bronco
I get serious Bronco II vibes. I always loved my Bronco II. It's a bit of a cross between the two, but definitely favors the Bronco II. I'll be curious to see what you think. It's a real pleasure to drive.

Ohh man, that's a poke in the eye. Too bad about not getting the factory photo. Has your tracker updated?

Re: 2021 Bronco
Got a little mountain drive in today. These things are impossible to keep clean. It was already filthy from less than 500 miles on the street, and driving the forest service roads today really threw the dirt. It really piles up on the rear flare.
