yea, I took a look at the actual numbers.... original was 195, now i got 235.
As for the sway bar coming off... that will get it out of the way, but makes me think another plus and minus. Won't it increase flex but make a floaty ride on the highway?

Wheel Spacers
I noticed yesterday that my front tires have rubbed my front swaybar. They're a little bit bigger than stock (275 instead of 235) ? I plan on going bigger. I read in some other post that wheel spacers put a LOT of stress on lugs. makes sense.. oww wheel adapters seem like a tighter fit, but then i n...

MOTOR SWAP Q.
My 2.9 is knocking pretty bad more often than not and instead of rebuilding it, I want to put a 4.0 in it. I found a grea deal on a 92' mazda navajo but it has an auto trans. Ignore wiring setups....I want to know mechanically what to do . .. thanks

Re: 1988 4x4 clutch replacement
Same truck I got bud. I did mine in the driveway with a 2-ton harbor freight jack. A few things the haynes manual kinda messed up on when I put a new one in. --> no need to drain the fluid from the transfer case (not mine anyway.) don't need to take the crossover pipe off. (These bolts withstood two...

Re: ?rear gears?
If you are running stock axles front and back look around for a 92 94 Ford Exploder and use the rear end and front end from that. The exploder has an Dana 35 front axle and a 8.8 inch rear end. It is a basic bolt in deal. I would recommend at least 4:10 Gears with 33's. A bolt in?? really? I mean, ...

I saw where a guy did a two-tone job.....search for the bronco IV forum and see what you find. It looked real good. I was so impressed, I was planning on doing something similar.

Re: Front end question
Bad design by ford..... guess I have to drive a little differently. lol
alignment is probably a good idea, but if i get my way and stop driving this truck to work and back, I might skip that step, since dirt doesnt wear tires out!!
