look under your BII and see if there is a "transfer case" I am not sure about the '90's one but up to '88 for sure any BII that was 2x4 had a hollowed out t-case and if that's the case with yours all you need to do is go to a junkyard and get the T-case from any BII(probably easier to use ...

Ok so I FINALLY have the money to finish my second 5.0L BII install and I have a carbed 5.0 in a '90 bII FRAME/body was wondering if anyone knew if the Sending unit/fuel pump for a '84 would fit the '90 fuel tank so I can just change the in tank pump to the one designed for a carb My other thought w...

if you are going to go through all the work I highly recomend the v8 swap... TONS more power and better fuel economy than 2.9

when I build custom fit speaker sub boxes I make a frame for the box then use pantyhose stretched over it to get nice flowing "molded" edges results are fantastic

just thought id mention that with a zf and bw1356 the driveshaft length I would need to run is 18" which is why I don't think its a great choice :p

yea but then I need to either make a separate T-Case Crossmember or change the tranny as the ZF cant handle the weight of the np205.. also I dont have room to use a divorced 205 and its hard to find a married one I like your whole writeup btw shows people it can be done on the cheap.. yea not a lot of other choices though... iv spent hours trying to figure out what will fit and all I can come up with is a np205 or use an Advance Adapters adapter for bw1350

175lbs shipped UPS freight would be $650 USD lol

I ship stuff across Canada(2700miles) all the time for $40 CDN for 120lbs/pallet Ill check into it later to see if I can find a decent freight company for the U.S. :p
