Floor repair
Not many autobody questions on here, my bronco is in need of major floor repair. I know you can buy pans for them but is there any sites as kinda a how to for making them or anything. The bronco only has 203 000km standerd tranny,transfercase,hubs so im not letting it go over that! oh and the frame ...

Well to be honest if you want to "have fun" with it look to be swaping that whimpy dana 28? for a 35 worth the effort. but if you dont plan on hard wheeling the 28 should do fine. the twin i beam looks confusing but its really not. do you plan to lift the truck..they are extreamly easy to lift alot ...

First things first you have to make sure your head didnt get warped from the blown gasket. 2 change all your fluids diffs inculded. while your doing your head gasket you should change your valve seals etc you have to take the head off anyway.

That brings up a good point, if the truck is warm the relay might not work. I know hondas are the worst for the relays getting warm then they wont work.

Do you have a check engine light or anything?, also check for vacume leaks o2 sensors etc.
