 Post subject: mayday .. black smoke whats up?

:wtf: someone please help, i have an 89 b2 2.9
i have replaced the fuel pump,coil,ecm,regulator..its dumping black smoke out the pipe,if i kill the fuel pump she will run ok for a sec.fuel presure is ok,any ideas?
